Real estate sector has been experiencing a huge growth potential however it is observed that the industry is basically subjected to time and cost overruns. The working mechanism in the sector reveals that the industry is categorically obsessed with traditional procurement systems. New procurement mechanisms are adopted by other sectors in construction trying to gap the challenges of cost and time. However it would be necessary to understand the dynamics of this sector to the adoption of these innovative changes.
