The role of conjoint in the management of socio-economic responsibilities is increasingly devolved to the woman. The economic crisis that hit the country over the past three decades and the promotion of female education policies are the main determinants. In this context one, it appears a relegation of the role of man and the resilient capacity of women in the resolution of social problems. In a socio-economic approach, we study the transfer of responsibilities in the household.
