Social dialogue at the CIE and Sotra is a reality. Its initiative emanates from the will of the social partners, to allow a calm social climate within the company to make it more efficient. However, the difficulties in applying this dialogue are linked to hierarchy, communication and trade union actions. Since the company is a human community, it must be understood as the conjunction of stakeholders. Therefore the interests of each can be reconciled. This presupposes a Copernican change in the way of running the business, which translates into mutual accountability.
